Chromebooks and Technology

Our students use chrome books in classrooms and to enhance distance learning through group projects and learning opportunities, interactive science labs, and technology-based practical assignments. Students also benefit greatly from the use of resources such as Khan Academy and other online tools to provide supplemental lessons.

If you'd like to discuss ways in which you can help our school, please let us know.

Community Partnerships

Lamorinda Foundation (LAMA) Donation, 2019

Mount Diablo Unified School District would like to thank the Lamorinda Foundation (LAMA) for their generous $10,000 donation to Prospect High School. The Lamorinda Foundation, is derived from Lamorinda (the intersection of Lafayette, Moraga and Orinda).

The foundation is a group of successful professionals who want to give back to their community and make a difference. Their generous donation made in mid-2019 will be used to purchase technology for our at-risk youth program so that students will be trained and prepared to be competitive both academically and professionally for their next steps in college and career.

Some of our students are homeless, or have struggled with poverty, substance abuse, depression, or have had to face adversity and need additional support to be successful. This donation will give our students an opportunity to overcome challenges and become competitive as they begin to enter the workforce of the future.

Thank you LAMA for supporting our community, our young people, and our future workforce!

Way to go, LAMA! Cheers!
